Andrey Lushnikov 4ac00caf9d refactor: split out DOMWorld from Frame (#3780) ...

This patch splits out `IsolatedWorld` class from Frame.
The `IsolatedWorld` abstraction is an execution context
with a designated set of DOM wrappers.
