<p>A downlevel adapter is a GPU adapter that WGPU supports, but with potentially limited
features, due to the lack of hardware feature support.</p>
<p>Flags that are <strong>not</strong> present for a downlevel adapter or device usually indicates
non-compliance with the WebGPU specification, but not always.</p>
<p>You can check whether a set of flags is compliant through the
<a href="struct.DownlevelCapabilities.html#method.is_webgpu_compliant" title="method wgpu::DownlevelCapabilities::is_webgpu_compliant"><code>DownlevelCapabilities::is_webgpu_compliant()</code></a> function.</p>
